Our Story

Humble Beginnings

We began in a familiar fashion: in oversized suits, handing out leaflets, and striking up conversations with anyone who would listen. We were fortunate to gain experience in both corporate offices and independent branches, giving us valuable insights into the unique challenges each faced.

Despite being top sellers in our respective offices, we discovered a passion for the intricate work of progressing sales. Helping our clients achieve their dreams of homeownership - whether that be their first property or a new family home - never lost its appeal. Overcoming obstacles and meeting tight deadlines became part of the enjoyment!

the ever changing market

As agents, you know that navigating the process of buying and selling can be stressful for our clients, and things are often compounded by external factors that constantly influence the market.

We didn't gain our knowledge from textbooks; we earned it on the front lines in high volume offices. From weathering the post-Brexit fallout and the Covid-19 boom to adapting to stamp duty holidays and fluctuating interest rates, we've experienced it all first hand.

The extra mile

Going just that bit further than most is why our clients remember us. Whether that be calming nerves out of hours, hand delivering documents to conveyancers or carefully coordinating a simultaneous completion before Christmas, we always have and always will make the journey as smooth as possible.

Here are some of our extra, extra miles from back when we were in branch:

the pigeon coup saga

We once demolished a 25x10ft pigeon coop, which unbeknownst to us, was made of reinforced concrete. Of course, we managed to choose the weekend when the temperature hit 40 degrees!

the 2 man move-in

We helped one client move multiple van loads into their new home after their entire moving team was struck down by COVID-19 isolation.

the 500 mile exchange

Admittedly, it took us the whole day, and we wouldn't recommend it, there was that one time we drove a 500-mile round trip to hand-deliver contracts for an exchange to occur on time!

We're still as committed as ever

Whilst we can't promise to personally knock down 5 tonnes of concrete or move boxes for clients nowadays, we can promise that we'll be there at every step, ensuring their moving experience is a positive one with a happy conclusion.
